Demons usually come from hell or another dimension while genies live in the same world as humans. Fits with how the captain was taken from his village by humans.

Also demons don't usually fall in love. He doesn't give a crap about the rest of us but he does care about Skulduggery.

Not that I know of.
Personally I think that if we try making a wish without bribing him or winning a bet, he'll put a nasty twist on it just to be funny.

I'm not much of a planning guy but I have some thoughts.

Need to think of a way to figure out how to kill him.
Genie live longer than humans but they aren't immortal.
Maybe we can get him to step out into a reality he didn't create, like that island.

i think we need a leader

i know i'm part of the problem there but
if we don't want a leader we at least need to be stricter or something
